Our service begins with our first encounter with you, and does not end with the purchase and fitting of hearing aids. - Individualized treatment plans
- Cerumen (wax) removal and management
- Tympanometry – assessment of middle ear function
- Hearing Aid Evaluation
- Fitting and Programming of hearing aids
- Ongoing counselling and support to individuals and their families
- Sale of Assistive Listening Devices – Amplified telephones and TV devices
- 45 day trial period of all Hearing Aids and Assistive Listening devices
- Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids – in house when possible
- 3 to 4 year warranty on hearing aids
- Battery sales
- Custom swim plugs
- Custom musicians ear plugs and custom noise protection
- ADP, DVA, WSIB coverage
- Accept all private Insurance coverage
- Easy payment options
- No referral necessary
